Rubber product refers to the general term of finished products made from natural and synthetic rubber through a series of processing. It also includes rubber products produced from waste rubber. Nowadays, the output of synthetic rubber has greatly exceeded that of natural rubber, and the largest one is styrene butadiene rubber.

The hose consists of inner rubber layer which is resistant to pressurized steam aging, middle rubber layer and one or more layers of high-strength wire braided outer rubber layers.

The inner and outer rubber layers of high temperature steam rubber hose are made of synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance. The hose body has the characteristics of softness, lightness, good flexibility and high heat resistance.

Curing bladder is a hollow thin-walled rubber product of tire vulcanizer. It is loaded into the inner cavity of the tire to be vulcanized, and then into the heating medium to cooperate with the vulcanizer to finalize and vulcanize.

The oil-resistant conveying hose is composed of inner rubber layer, multilayer wrapped winding layers and outer rubber layers while oil resistant suction hose uses helical wire skeleton as its reinforcing layer.

It uses high-temperature and high-pressure wire winding rubber hose as its base which is covered with nanometer flame-retardant coating. Besides, it has stainless wire braiding layer and flame retardant layer.

High-pressure hose assemblies produced by our company all use high-pressure wire braided hose joints through the process of crimping with special equipment.

Wire braided rubber hose is composed of inner layer and middle layer of liquid resistant synthetic rubber,Ⅰ, Ⅱ or Ⅲ layer of steel wire braiding reinforcement layers as well as synthetic rubber cover with excellent weather ability.

The conveying hose is composed of inner rubber layer, multilayer wrapped winding layers and outer rubber layers while suction hose consists of t inner rubber layer, multilayer wrapped winding layers and outer rubber layers in addition to helical wire reinforcing layer. It applies to conveying beer, beverages, cooking oil, milk and fruit jam and so on.

The wall is composed of inner rubber layer, thread or cloth reinforcing layer and outer rubber layer.

Inner rubber：Polyurethane and butyl rubber are used as the main raw materials and special reinforcing agent is added. The finished product is yellow transparent with characteristics of high abrasion resistance, high toughness, high pressure resistance and the like. Wear resistant index is two to three times the ordinary sandblasting hose.

As a new type of polymer elastic material, silicone rubber is characterized as high temperature (250-300 ℃) and low temperature (-40-60 ℃) resistant properties. In addition, it is environmental, non-toxic and tasteless with good physical stability which can understand repeated strict and sterilized conditions. Furthermore, it has small elasticity and no more than 50% deformation at 200 ℃ for 48 hours. Its breakdown voltage is 20-25KV / mm; and it has such advantages as ozone-resistance, resistance to ultraviolet light and resistance to radiation and so on. And special silicone rubber is oil resistant.
